Sound familiar?

You have been treated.
You have not been fixed.

"I got the cortisone shot. Felt better for six weeks. Then it all came back."

Cortisone suppresses symptoms. It does not repair tissue. If you have been through this cycle, shockwave therapy restarts what stalled.

"My doctor told me to stop running. That is not an answer."

We plan around your race calendar and training load. Our goal is to keep you moving, even through recovery.

"Every visit was the same. Crack, crack, see you Thursday. Nothing changed."

Every visit here is different, because your body is different week to week. Treatment adapts to tissue response, not a checklist.

"They wanted $2,500 for a plan before they had even treated me."

No packages. No pressure. No 40-visit commitments. We fix the problem and get you back to what you love.

Why this is different

This is not typical chiropractic.

Most offices treat the symptom. We look at how your whole body moves and fix the reason you keep getting hurt.

A foot problem is often a hip problem. A knee problem is often a gait problem. We find it, explain it in plain language, and fix it. Usually with a combination of tools in a single visit.

Most chiro offices
  • Same adjustment every visit
  • Prepaid plan before any treatment
  • Five-minute visits, in and out
  • Treat where it hurts
  • "Just stop running"
  • You have to keep coming back
Front Runner
  • Treatment adapts every visit
  • No plans. No pitch. No pressure.
  • 15 minutes minimum, 1-on-1 with Dr. Beth
  • Root-cause movement analysis
  • Plan around your race calendar
  • You want to come back. For how you feel.
How we fix you

Not one tool. The right combination.

Every visit draws from whatever your body actually needs that day. This is a toolbox, not a protocol.

01
Shockwave Therapy
Restarts healing in tissue that has stalled. For chronic tendon pain, plantar fasciitis, and injuries that have not responded to cortisone or rest.
02
EMTT
Electromagnetic therapy that reaches deep tissue. Paired with shockwave for accelerated repair in hard-to-reach structures.
03
Active Release Technique
Hands-on soft tissue work for adhesions in muscles, tendons, and fascia. What adjustments alone cannot reach.
04
Dry Needling
Precise trigger point release reaching deep muscles that manual pressure cannot effectively treat. Faster results. Fewer visits.
05
Chiropractic Adjustment
Joint manipulation used purposefully as part of a broader plan. Not as the entire visit.
06
Gait + Running Analysis
In-office treadmill analysis to see how you actually move. A foot problem is often a hip problem. Finding the real source means fixing it for good.
07
Graston, Cupping + Kinesiotaping
Instrument-assisted soft tissue work, myofascial decompression, and functional taping. Targeted support for training and competition, all in one toolkit.
08
Movement Assessment
Full-body functional evaluation. We watch how your body moves under load, not just where it hurts, so we fix the cause and not just the complaint.
When nothing else has worked

Shockwave + EMTT Therapy

If plantar fasciitis has been dragging for months. If cortisone wore off. If you have been managing the same tendon through multiple training blocks. Shockwave restarts healing in tissue that stopped repairing itself. Not pain management. Tissue repair.

Chronic plantar fasciitis Achilles tendinopathy Patellar tendinopathy IT band + hip flexor Post-cortisone failure Calcified deposits Shin splints Rotator cuff tendinopathy

Dr. Beth Ringwelski

I qualified for Boston on the same roads you train on. I know what it means to have a race circled on your calendar and an injury threatening to take it away.

I am a Board-Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician with rotations at the US Olympic Training Center. I still travel with TEAM USA athletes and provide on-site care at events like Ironman World Championship in Kona.

When you come here, you see me. Not a different provider. Not an assistant. Every single visit. I remember where you are, what your goals are, and what we did last time.

"She is more than a chiropractor. Being trained in Active Release Therapy, she has been able to address my issues on a much deeper level. Front Runner Chiropractic has been a staple in my healthcare."

Three weeks out. Boston on the line. His wife asked: "A chiropractor? For a leg thing?"

"Dr. Beth got me to the start line of the Boston Marathon. In the months leading up to the race, I had an ankle injury that simply wouldn't go away. With two weeks to go and unable to complete my longest runs, I went to see Dr. Beth. She isolated the issue, got me on a treatment plan, and gave me some exercises to do at home. We saw enough improvement in those two weeks that I finished the journey from Hopkinton to Boylston Street, and in the weeks following, I saw full recovery from the injury. Now I see Dr. Beth twice a month, and we stay ahead of any issues that crop up."

Before you book

What happens at your first visit.

Most patients come in after trying something else. PT. Cortisone. Rest. The same adjustment every week with no explanation. Something didn't work, and they want to know why.

Your first visit starts with a full assessment - not a quick look at where it hurts. Dr. Beth evaluates how your whole body moves: mechanics, compensation patterns, load transfer. The place that screams is often just the victim. Finding the real problem is the whole point of visit one.

From there, treatment begins. Same visit. No waiting for a "plan" to be approved. No package pitch before she's even examined you.

You leave knowing what's wrong, why it happened, and exactly what we're going to do about it.

Not just when it hurts

Performance is the point.

Front Runner is not just for injured athletes. Many of our patients come in healthy and want to stay that way. They want to run faster, ride longer, move better, and protect the body they have built over decades of training.

This is what Performance + Recovery actually means. We fix what is broken. We optimize what is working. And we help you stay ahead of problems before they cost you a season.

Fix
Injury resolution. Root-cause movement analysis. Get back to your sport with a body that works, not one that is compensating.
Optimize
Gait analysis. Movement efficiency. Soft tissue work to unlock range and power you did not know you were leaving on the table.
Maintain
Regular performance check-ins during training blocks. Catch problems before they become injuries. Stay race-ready year round.
