Work With Front Runner Chiropractic

Front Runner is a movement-centered chiropractic practice built around care, community, and comeback stories. We are intentional, personal, and deeply rooted in how people live and move.

We don’t operate as a high-volume, transactional clinic.
We build long-term relationships — with patients and with our team.

We’re currently looking for the right people to join us in two key roles:

Patient Experience & Operations Lead

Front Runner Chiropractic - Wauwatosa, WI

Front Runner Chiropractic is a movement-centered chiropractic clinic built around one mission:

Helping people get back to doing what they love.

Running. Lifting. Playing with their kids. Living without limitation.

We are intentional in how we care for people, how we run our clinic, and how we build our team.

We are not a high-volume, transactional office.

We build long-term relationships with our patients and with the people who work here.

We are hiring a Patient Experience & Operations Lead to help us grow into our next stage.

This is not a passive receptionist role.

This is a leadership position at the operational center of the clinic.

Ideal backgrounds include hospitality, boutique fitness studios, customer experience, or retail leadership roles.

The Role

At Front Runner, the front desk is the operational heartbeat of the practice.

You are the first and last experience every patient has in the clinic.

You help create the environment that makes patients feel confident, welcomed, and committed to their care.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

• Grounded and confident
• Organized and systems-oriented
• Warm but professionally assertive
• Comfortable guiding scheduling and care conversations
• Energized by helping a small business grow

You are not just answering phones.

You are helping guide patients through their care experience and keeping the clinic running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Open and prepare the clinic each day
• Welcome patients and create a calm, professional environment
• Manage scheduling and protect the flow of the clinic
• Guide patients into their next appointments and care plans
• Minimize gaps and cancellations in the schedule
• Execute established systems and SOPs consistently
• Help ensure patients stay committed to their care

Your work directly contributes to the growth and success of the clinic.

Schedule

This is an in-person role in Wauwatosa.

Clinic hours:

Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

You will arrive before clinic hours to prepare the space for the day.

As the practice grows and additional doctors are added, hours may expand.

Compensation

Base Pay: $18 – $22 per hour depending on experience

Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses tied to clinic KPIs such as:

• Schedule utilization
• Appointment retention
• Cancellation reduction
• Patient experience metrics

High performers in this role will have the opportunity to increase earnings as the clinic grows.

This Role Requires

• Strong comfort with technology and scheduling systems
• Professional confidence discussing scheduling and care plans
• High emotional intelligence with patients
• Initiative - solving problems before they escalate
• Attention to detail
• Reliability and consistency

You do not need chiropractic experience.

You do need maturity, professionalism, and ownership.

This Role Is Likely NOT a Fit If You

• Prefer chaotic or disorganized environments
• Want a quiet desk job with minimal interaction
• Are uncomfortable guiding scheduling or care conversations
• Prefer a simple clock-in / clock-out role
• Struggle with technology or systems

Our Culture

• Integrity
• Movement
• Community
• Consistency

We are building something excellent here.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

How to Apply

Please submit:

1️⃣ Your resume
2️⃣ A short note explaining why this role interests you
3️⃣ A 1–2 minute video answering:

“Why do you believe this role at Front Runner is a strong fit for you?”

The video helps us understand communication style, professionalism, and personality.

We care far more about the right person than the perfect resume.

Associate Chiropractor

Front Runner is looking for an associate chiropractor who values depth over volume and alignment over hustle.

This role is for a doctor who:

  • cares deeply about patient outcomes

  • values movement-centered care

  • wants to practice with integrity, autonomy, and support

  • is not interested in “selling care” or chasing numbers

We serve runners, families, athletes, and comeback stories.
Our patients expect thoughtful care, clear communication, and leadership.

This role might be a great fit if you:

  • Are clinically confident or eager to grow with mentorship

  • Care about movement, longevity, and whole-person care

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients

  • Value consistency, systems, and standards of care

  • Want to be part of a collaborative, supportive practice

  • Are active or movement-oriented yourself

  • Are looking for a long-term practice environment — not a stepping stone

This role is likely not a fit if you:

  • Prefer high-volume, fast-paced adjusting

  • Are focused primarily on bonuses or production metrics

  • Want a rigid script or micromanagement

  • Are uncomfortable taking ownership of patient outcomes

  • Are looking to “do your own thing” without alignment

What practicing at Front Runner looks like:

  • Movement-centered chiropractic care

  • Time to think, assess, and treat intentionally

  • Supportive systems and clear SOPs

  • Respect for clinical judgment

  • A patient base that values quality care

  • A practice built for sustainability — not burnout
