Work With Front Runner Chiropractic

Front Runner is a movement-centered chiropractic practice built around care, community, and comeback stories. We are intentional, personal, and deeply rooted in how people live and move.

We don’t operate as a high-volume, transactional clinic.
We build long-term relationships — with patients and with our team.

We’re currently looking for the right people to join us in two key roles:

Front Desk / Care Coordinator

The front desk is the heartbeat of Front Runner.

This role is for someone who is grounded, personable, organized, and aligned with health, movement, and people. You are often the first and last interaction a patient has — and that matters here.

This is not a chaotic, high-volume front desk role.
It is a relationship-centered position for someone who takes pride in doing things well.

This role might be a great fit if you:

  • Love people and make them feel at ease quickly

  • Are calm, organized, and dependable

  • Enjoy structure, systems, and following SOPs

  • Care about health, bodies, movement, and longevity

  • Communicate clearly and kindly

  • Take ownership and responsibility seriously

  • Are active or movement-oriented (runner, walker, gym-goer, etc.)

  • Want to be part of a small, values-driven practice

You do not need chiropractic experience.
Alignment matters more than background.

This role is likely not a fit if you:

  • Prefer chaotic or fast-paced, high-volume environments

  • Dislike structure or consistency

  • Want a purely transactional or “clock in / clock out” job

  • Are uncomfortable talking with people about care or next steps

  • Don’t resonate with health, movement, or wellness

What you’ll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for patients (in person, phone, email)

  • Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic flow

  • Support patients with care coordination and follow-through

  • Execute established SOPs consistently

  • Communicate clearly with patients and providers

  • Help maintain a calm, organized, welcoming clinic environment

  • Make patients feel seen, supported, and confident in their care

Schedule & Environment (Both Roles)

  • In-person roles in Wauwatosa

  • Daytime clinic hours

  • Small, supportive, respectful team

  • Clear expectations and boundaries

  • Room to grow with the practice

How to Apply

If one of these roles resonates, please submit:

  • Your resume

  • A brief note telling us which role you’re applying for and why Front Runner appeals to you

We’re less interested in perfect resumes and more interested in the right humans.

Final note

Front Runner is built on:

  • integrity

  • movement

  • community

  • consistency

If that feels like home, we’d love to hear from you.

Associate Chiropractor

Front Runner is looking for an associate chiropractor who values depth over volume and alignment over hustle.

This role is for a doctor who:

  • cares deeply about patient outcomes

  • values movement-centered care

  • wants to practice with integrity, autonomy, and support

  • is not interested in “selling care” or chasing numbers

We serve runners, families, athletes, and comeback stories.
Our patients expect thoughtful care, clear communication, and leadership.

This role might be a great fit if you:

  • Are clinically confident or eager to grow with mentorship

  • Care about movement, longevity, and whole-person care

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients

  • Value consistency, systems, and standards of care

  • Want to be part of a collaborative, supportive practice

  • Are active or movement-oriented yourself

  • Are looking for a long-term practice environment — not a stepping stone

This role is likely not a fit if you:

  • Prefer high-volume, fast-paced adjusting

  • Are focused primarily on bonuses or production metrics

  • Want a rigid script or micromanagement

  • Are uncomfortable taking ownership of patient outcomes

  • Are looking to “do your own thing” without alignment

What practicing at Front Runner looks like:

  • Movement-centered chiropractic care

  • Time to think, assess, and treat intentionally

  • Supportive systems and clear SOPs

  • Respect for clinical judgment

  • A patient base that values quality care

  • A practice built for sustainability — not burnout
